I See You. I’ve Been Where You Are. And I Know What’s On the Other Side.
There is a particular kind of woman I recognize the moment she arrives. She has done the work — decades of it. The therapy, the healing, the seeking, the careful and courageous construction of a meaningful life. She is wise. She is capable. She has survived things that would have broken someone with less inner resource.
And something still feels unfinished.
Not broken. Not behind. Not in need of another strategy, another framework, another teacher telling her who to become. Just — incomplete. Like she is standing at the threshold of the truest version of her life and something is still holding the door.
I know that feeling because I lived it. For 45 years as an entrepreneur, writer, and someone who has spent her life inside the world of personal development, spiritual growth, and women’s transformation — I absorbed, practiced, and yes, taught many of the frameworks that promised to set women free. And I also watched, over and over again, as the most capable women I knew kept circling the same threshold. Seeking more. Achieving more. And still not quite arriving.
What I finally understood — and what changed everything — is that the incompleteness was never about needing more knowledge, more healing, or more spiritual practice. It was about unfinished emotional cycles quietly holding the door shut. Decades of showing up for everyone else, surviving what life asked, and setting aside her own unresolved stories — still waiting, still open, still asking to be completed.
That is what I work with now. Not your potential. Not your purpose. Not a reinvention of who you are. The completion of who you have always been — so the authority and wisdom you have been accumulating your entire life can finally settle, speak, and lead.
“My role is not to teach you who to become. It is to help you recognize the authority that has been quietly forming inside you for decades — and to complete the emotional cycles still standing between you and it.”
I’m Cathy Lee
Here’s a little more about who I am and how I got here.
I’m Cathy Lee Taylor — entrepreneur, writer, podcaster, and founder of the Conscious Rebel Movement.
I have spent 45 years building businesses, guiding women, and paying close attention to the systems — spiritual, cultural, and commercial — that shape how women understand their own power. That attention led me to some uncomfortable truths about the empowerment industry I was part of, and eventually to the work I do now: helping women complete the emotional cycles of their lives so their natural authority can emerge and stabilize — without a framework, without a formula, and without anyone else’s permission.
I am also a near-death experiencer. In that timeless space I encountered a clarity so complete, so undeniable, that it reoriented everything I thought I knew about purpose, power, and what it means to live truthfully. It did not make me a guru. It made me a better witness — to myself, and to the women I work with.
I work specifically with women in what I call the role-model phase of life — women who feel the quiet pressure to live truthfully and pass on what they have learned, but who have not yet fully trusted the authority of their own voice.
If that is you — you are in the right place.
What I am — and Am Not:
- I am a pattern recognizer. A witness. Someone who helps you hear what you already know.
- I am not a long-term support structure. Not a motivator. Not someone who will carry your process for you or hand you someone else’s map and call it your path.
- If something in you feels relief reading this — rather than urgency, rather than excitement — you are probably exactly where you need to be.
